Theresa Webb is background checked and certified by the National Notary Association as a Signing Agent for loan closing documentation and other contracted services. She is also Fidelity Approved.
Standard Service Fees

Standard Service Fee Descriptions*
A notary public is allowed to charge fees for notarizing documents. Section 486.350, RSMo, allows a notary to charge $2.00 for each signature on a document and the proper recording of the notarization in their journal.
A notary public may charge an additional travel fee, not to exceed the approved federal mileage rate (56½¢) and may charge an expedited convenience fee not to exceed twenty five dollars ($25), when traveling to perform a notarial act.
Absentee Ballot Notarization
Notaries are not permitted to charge a fee for notarizing the signature on any absentee ballot or absentee voter registration card. Mobile service fees may apply, ask for details.
